Descriptif du job
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Support project initiation, execution, and closure activities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management standards and procedures
- Implement project controls, including risk management, change management, and quality assurance
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, sharing best practices and lessons learned
Descriptif du profil
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering or construction
- Strong passion for project management and a desire to specialize in project planning and controls
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
- PMI and Prince2 certifications are desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
